As with all international events, providing the opportunity to bring all of Oceania's Volleyball athletes to Hawaii and to provide a higher class tournament from what they are used to costs a lot to plan, execute and operate. 

Expenses include:

• Facility Rental and labour- Convention Centre (Competition Hall),

• Meals, snacks, ans swag for Volunteers,

• Accomodations, Meals, and Per Diems for Referees, and Tournament Staff,

• Local Contracted Referees.

• Ground Transportation / airport transfer,

• and much more other expenses.
